THE PIPING SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF ENERGY SECURITY
Role and place of Russia in supply of European countries with hydrocarbons in context of their energy provision safety are discussed along with pipeline system organization matters. Particular attention is paid to choice of oil and gas pipeline routes from Caspian region.
