Summary:Crisis management is a complex and relevant area of activity of any organization in our time, the implementation of which is impossible without the use of technologies, tools, methods and compliance with the relevant algorithm. The purpose of the study is to generalize and systematize technologies and mechanisms of crisis management in educational institutions. The author characterizes the technology of anti-crisis management, which involves the following steps: identification of negative impacts from the social or internal environment; forecasting the sequence of possible crisis phenomena; drawing up an action plan to prevent the manifestations of various types of crises; elaboration of various types of regulations; advanced training of teachers; identification of measures to minimize the impact; and implementation of measures to enhance the competitiveness of an educational institution; directing the activities of the team to overcome obstacles; promoting the prevention and overcoming of conflicts in the team; strengthening the responsibility of the team members for the performance of their job functions and the educational institution; introducing continuous monitoring of the state of the pedagogical system in the educational institution; developing a strategy for realizing the opportunities for the development of the educational institution by avoiding crises. We consider crisis management mechanisms to be a set of rules, procedures, methods, models and forms aimed at preventing or averting crises, reducing the level of negative consequences and maintaining the stability of the economic system. The mechanisms of crisis management are defined as follows: economic, organizational, motivational, legal, and political. The author analyzes the components of the crisis management mechanism, including: initiative in solving problems and finding the best options; optimism and confidence in solving problems; socio-psychological climate in the team; well-established corporate activities, search and support for innovations; motivation, focus on anti-crisis measures, resource saving; caution, situation analysis, professionalism.
