THE FORECASTING METHOD OF EMERGENCY «NATURAL FLOODING» FOR EMERGENCY SYSTEMS OF NOTIFICATION OF POPULATION
The forecasting of emergency situations of the population in an emergency warning systems is necessary to enable the adoption of timely management decisions to prevent and reduce damage. This article proposes a scheme of predictive modeling of natural flooding.
