When assessing the displacement of the mandible in the patients of the test group, bilateral distal displacement of the heads of the lower jaw (LM) was found in 103 (68.67%) indiciduals, unilateral distal displacement of the heads of the mandible was detected in 32 (21.33%), the presence of a significant displacement was found in 72 (48.00%); reduction of the interalveolar height in at least one TMJ was found in 130 (86.67%) patients, bilateral reduction of the interalveolar height was found in 82 (54.67%) patients, among them 51 (62.20%) had bilateral distal displacement HL, a unilateral decrease in the interalveolar height was found in 48 (32.00%) patients, while among these patients, 27 (56.25%) had a more pronounced distal shift of the HL on the side of the decrease in the interalveolar height; in 44 (29.33%) patients, the body displacement of the LV to the right, of them in 39 (88 64%) slight bilateral distal displacement of the LV, with a higher ratio in the right TMJ. …”
