Summary: | Ser-ol-asra which is written by the contemporary author Ayatollah Soadat Parvar (RH) -as the professor of ethics and mysticism- is a book in which the mystical and moral teachings are discussed and elicited from teachings of Scripture and traditions by methods of Ijtihad. This research tries is to formulate the common laws that are in the background of author's method to understand verses and traditions or educational recommendations in this Book. These rules, having the same application and performance of the rules in jurisprudence, are introduced For the first time in this study, as a new scope in the field of mysticism and Islamic ethics. This study based on the inductive method (thematic analysis) in the library by examining hundred examples that Ayatollah Soadat Parvar (RH) had used for extracting mystical and moral issues from the Quran and Hadith tried to extract nine general rules and also their examples and functions from this book. |
