In the workplace, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with superiors, coworkers and customers is essential, no matter what industry you work in. A good communicator is able to express their thoughts and opinions, but also to listen to other people. At first sight, listening seems to be a simple concept, but, in reality, few people are adept at listening. Although it was neglected in the past, the teaching of listening skills currently plays an important role in the language classroom
