| Summary: | The purpose of this article is the periodization of social and technological development of the human civilization in order to predict the development of social and cultural values of the society. Since the position of countries in the global socio-economic system and their historical destiny is determined by quantitative and qualitative indicators of economic and social development. The tasks solved in the article are to identify factors affecting the change in socio-cultural values of society. The novelty of the article is the identification of factors that most actively influence the development of basic technologies and the change in social and cultural values of society. The article presents the periodization of the socio- scientific and technological development of human civilization and a comparative analysis of the characteristics of individual periods of this development. The forecast of social, scientific and technological development of human civilization was made. Recommendations on the possibility of predicting the development of social and cultural values of society in the direction of increasing motivation for scientific, creative and innovative activities based on the forecast of socio-scientific and technological development of human civilization are proposed. t is concluded that crises in the global economy will continue until the transformation of the essence and paradigm of the development of modern human civilization from a society of “consumption” into a society of “creativity, self-realization and human development” in all areas of activity. |
