Zusammenfassung:The extremely bad working conditions of three - high (high temperature, high pressure, high acid conditions) gas wells make the corrosion failure of wellbore pipes prominent, which has a serious impact on the production safety and service life of the string. For this, the corrosion inhibition performance and production adaptability of oleic acid imidazoline inhibitor to carbon steel 110S in H2S/CO2 multiphase flow corrosion environment of a three - high gas well were studied. The carbon steel 110S of a three high gas well in Southwest China was taken as the research object, the 70 MPa, 200 ℃ high temperature autoclave was used to simulate the multiphase flow working environment of three - high gas wells during production. The corrosion performance evaluation experiment was carried out. The characteristic changes of corrosion product film were observed by SEM, the mechanism of corrosion inhibition was discussed by isothermal adsorption model. Results showed that when the concentration of inhibitor was set in the range of 0 to 1 150 mg/L, the inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor was the highest at the concentration of 650 mg/L. When the flow rate was higher, the larger shear force would destroy the adsorption film, thus reducing the performance of corrosion inhibitor. Under this condition, the adsorption behavior of oleic acid imidazoline inhibitor on carbon steel 110S surface conformed to Langmuir adsorption isotherm; when the wellbore flow rate was 1.7 m/s, the corrosion inhibitor with 650 mg/L concentration showed excellent corrosion inhibition effect in the non - effusion interval of gas well, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency could reach 99%. Once the gas well has liquid accumulation, it was recommended to select appropriate drainage gas production technology to reduce the corrosion of the pipe string and prolong the service life of the pipe string.
