Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:The present study was undertaken to analyze the efficacy of inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) in the prevention and treatment of intraoperative gas-exchange disorders during operations on the ascending aorta with hypothermal circulatory arrest. The study included 22 patients aged 16—67 years. It revealed that the use of iNO substantially improved arterial oxygenation at surgery with hypothermal circulatory arrest. The preliminary findings suggest that the preventive use of iNO during extracorporeal circulation improves the clinical course of patients after surgery with hypothermal circulatory arrest.
