Description
Summary:Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) foam materials were prepared by liquid-induced phase se-paration method using PDMS as matrix, PDMS/polypyrrole (PPy) foam composites loaded with PPy were prepared by in-situ polymerization method using pyrrole as monomer and ferric chloride as oxidant, the preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the pore structure, compressive resistance and resistivity were studied. The results showed that the porosity of PDMS/PPy foam composite was 32.7%, and the foam composite did not deform after multiple compressions under 0.04 MPa. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction time was 12 h, the volume ratio of ethanol to water was 2/8 and the mass ratio of ferric chloride to pyrrole was 2/1, and the resistivity of PDMS/PPy foam composite was 105.6 Ω·cm.
