| Summary: | <p>Conocer los problemas que atentan contra la disponibilidad y confiabilidad del equipamiento médico,<br />de los sistemas tecnológicos y de los quirófanos, es imprescindible para brindar un servicio<br />hospitalario seguro y eficiente.<br />Es objetivo del presente trabajo mostrar una metodología aplicada en cuatro hospitales, que permite<br />identificar las principales deficiencias de la gestión de mantenimiento; además, se muestra la<br />implementación de la metodología, el modelo matemático empleado y los resultados.<br />Para su organización la metodología empleada toma algunos principios de la ISO 19011:2002, se<br />apoya en la estructura de la función mantenimiento con el objetivo de que no queden espacios<br />vacíos sin evaluar. Para garantizar niveles de exactitud aceptables se emplean métodos de expertos<br />en la definición del valor de las áreas funcionales. La base de datos es obtenida en las propias<br />instalaciones mediante entrevistas, revisión de documentos y observación de los procesos.<br />Los resultados indican qué se están haciendo las cosas correctamente a un nivel promedio de un<br />26,57% en las cuatro instalaciones estudiadas. La aplicación de la metodología ha permitido<br />identificar las principales deficiencias e insuficiencias de la función mantenimiento.</p><p><br />Palabras claves: gestión, mantenimiento, metodología, hospital.</p><p>___________________________________________________________________</p><p>Abstract<br />To know availability and reliability problems of the medical equipment, of the technological systems,<br />and the operating room is indispensable to offer a sure and efficient hospital service.<br />It is objective of the present work to show a methodology applied in five hospitals, for to bring forth<br />the main deficiencies of the maintenance management, it is shown the implementation of the<br />methodology, the pattern mathematical employee and the results.<br />For their organization the used methodology takes some principles of the ISO 19011:2002, it leans in<br />the structure of the maintenance function with the objective that they are not empty spaces without<br />evaluating. To guarantee acceptable levels of accuracy experts' methods they are used in the<br />definition of the value of the functional areas. The database is obtained in the own facilities by means<br />of interviews, revision of documents and observation of the processes.<br />The results indicate what the things are making correctly in 26,57% in the studied facilities. The<br />application of the methodology has allowed identifying the main problems of the function<br />maintenance.</p><p><br />Key words: management, maintenance, methodology, hospital.</p> |
