She underwent a liver/spleen scan confirming hepatic tissue in the right lower lobe which was contiguous with the liver. While hiatal hernias are common, a non‐traumatic diaphragmatic hepatic hernia into the lung is a rare clinical case that warrants discussion about diagnosis, causes and interventions. |
