Zusammenfassung:To study the opening and closing performance of safety valve,this paper uses mathematical modeling method to simulate and analyze its performance. First,according to the working principle of safety valve,the main moving parts inside the valve are established as equivalent models respectively. Then ,the stiffness of the components is solved by numerical simulation method. Subsequently,the valve disc thrust is obtained by fluid analysis and data fitting. Mathematical formula is established and the equation is solved by Runge-Kutta method to obtain the movement curve of the opening and closing process. The results show that the trend of the motion curve solved by the mathematical model is the same as that of the safety valve. It can be seen that the results of mathematical modeling provide theoretical basis for the performance analysis of safety valve.
