description | The purpose of the study - basing on morphological analysis to estimate the particularities of structural organization of proximal cartilage epiphysis of the shoulder bones in young animals, which were exposed to hyperhydratation conditions. According to comparative aspect, investigation of histomorphometrical parameters of bone tissue in young animal, that were exposed to water intoxication, was accompanied with oppression of bone formation, namely - narrowing of the proliferation zone (on 3,36 - 6,24%) and reduction in osteoblasts amount (3,33 - 5,37%). The other investigated parameters, change only because of the changes in above-mentioned parameters. |
