Achoimre:In order to predict the service life of cement concrete coating in service environment, this paper adopted the Cox proportional hazards regression model as the theoretical basis, and the SPSS software was used to establish the concrete coating service life regression model. The epoxy coating was taken as an example to verify the reliability of model results. Results showed that under the conditions including 69% of relative humidity, 21 ℃ of temperature, 4 704.84 MJ/(m2·a) of irradiation amount , 0 mol/L of chloride ion concentration, 2 times of coatings operation and 0.5 of the cement concrete water cement ratios, the epoxy coating with free physical damage presented an obvious decline in properties at the 33rd month. Prediction showed that the service life of this coating was around 42 months under the aforesaid environment, which basically happened to be a good agreement with the experimental research results in the same environment. In general, the research results could provide the guidance for the practical engineering construction.
