description Analytical review of modern data focuses on choosing of osteoplastic materials in terms of their morphologicalfeatures of their interactions with tissues. In own study we investigated the effects of EasyGraft and amorphous calciumphosphate implanted into the proxymal metadiaphysis on bone regeneration and cancellous bone within reaction zone. Herewe found out that EasyGraft and amorphous calcium phosphate undergo resorbtion and thus optimize bone regeneration.Regeneration is accompanied by decreased specific area of the particles implanted and increased inte-gration index and specificdensity of trabeculae within the reaction zone. Highest intensity of these processes was ob-served in the period from 15thfill the 30th day after implantation. EasyGraft is more preferable for implantation than amorphous calcium phosphate.
