El texto aborda la evolución y algunas de las alteraciones que ha experimentado el sistema jurídico en el neoconstitucionalismo, relacionadas en buena medida con la ductilidad que viene a presentar su legislación, pero también con la complejidad que adquiere la tarea judicial, la aplicación e interpretación de las normas del Derecho, en este modelo diferente de Estado de Derecho que representa el actual Estado Constitucional.

This text analyzes the evolution and alterations in legal system of Constitutional State. These alterations consist in ductility in the legislation. But, also, these alterations consist in complexity assumed by the judicial function, application and interpretation of the legal norms, for this constitutional model
