En este trabajo se</p><p>enfoca la integración de los activos físicos considerando todo lo que contribuye al resultado del</p><p>negocio, desde el inmueble, los sistemas tecnológicos de apoyo y los sistemas especializados</p><p>directamente vinculados con el objeto del negocio. La participación de todos los procesos a través de</p><p>una estrategia maestra de la gestión de los activos interconectando todos los procesos con un</p><p>comportamiento organizacional eficaz y una gestión de la función de mantenimiento por procesos</p><p>vitales y bajo la regulación de paradigmas de avanzada, buscando un competitividad y sostenibilidad</p><p>como se requiere en la actualidad. In this work he approaches the</p><p>integration of the physical assets considering all what contributes to the result of the business, from</p><p>the property, the supportive technological systems and the linked directly specialized systems with</p><p>the business object. The participation of all the processes through an expert strategy of the asset</p><p>interconnecting all the processes with an efficacious organizational behavior and a management of</p><p>the function of maintenance by vital processes and under the regulation of paradigms of advanced,</p><p>looking for a competitiveness and sustainability as he requires one at present.
