Description
Summary:The problem of polymorbidity in dermatological practice conditions the need for careful compliance with the diagnostic algorithm and analysis to identify the possibility of etiopathogenetic interconnection of diseases and their impact on each other. In this article we present a case of rare combined pathology — atopic dermatitis and porokeratosis. We want to draw the attention of practitioners to the fact that in this clinical observation the fact of establishing the final clinical diagnosis was delayed for 20 years, which led to the development of mental disorders in the patient.
