Whakarāpopototanga:This article describes the features of personnel management on the example of the largest bank in Russia - PJSC «Sberbank». The characteristics of the bank's activity and the main performance indicators are briefly given. The methods of motivation and training of employees and the relationship between personnel policy and the success of the bank, as well as the role ofpersonnel management in the financial sector are investigated. Human resources management using a systematic approach directly affects the effectiveness of any organization. Competent personnel management, growth of competitiveness of employees acts as one of key components of all bank management.
