Summary:Mucosis fungoides (Sezary syndrome) is a rare disease. Because of polymorphism of clinical manifestations that mimic benign diseases of the skin, it often takes several years before the disease is diagnosed. The paper presents a clinical case of progressive mucosis fungoides with unfavorable outcome. The diagnosis of mycosis fungoides was first suspected on the basis of laboratory studies of peripheral blood.
