| Summary: | This research focuses on the prescribed-time cooperative output regulation problem within linear multi-agent systems subject to input constraints. The key contribution is the design of a distributed observer-based bounded time-varying state controller and an output feedback protocol. Specifically, to address scenarios where the external system state is only accessible to partial subsystems, the proposed controller integrates a distributed observer framework with gain matrices derived from the regulator equation and a parametric Lyapunov equation, thereby ensuring both stability and adaptability under limited state information. The contribution is remarkable as it concurrently addresses the prescribed-time convergence and input constraints, which are often treated independently in existing literature. This work lays a theoretical groundwork for complex network systems, such as the cooperative combat scenarios of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles and coordinated attacks of multiple missiles. The practical value of the proposed algorithm is verified through two simulation cases of a linear multi-agent system with one leader and four followers, showcasing its efficacy and potential in real applications. |
