| Summary: | The article defines the foundations and products of theorization of quality management of professional development of a personality in a sports organization. The features of the professional development of the personality of a trainer, an instructor-methodologist, an athlete in a sports organization are revealed. The use of adaptive-productive and creative-productive approaches in work with athletes and employees of a sports organization has been substantiated.
