Summary:Aim – study by statistic tests the uniformity of connecting tissue forming instead biodegradable polymer, made by electrospinning, in experiment with animals. Material and methods. It have been done morphometric measurements the destination between centers of non-degraded parts in implanted material in 30 laboratory rats in 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 months. The uniformity of polymer’s biodegradation was performed by statistic tests - the uniformity of distribution of random variables. Conclusion. Degradation of the biodegradable polymer after implantation in the tissue occurs uniformly.
