| Summary: | Work devoted to the study of risks arising at different stages of implementation of system of electronic document. The implementation of electronic document management system is a complex process whose success depends on several factors, therefore it is necessary in the planning phase of the project to take control of all of its the stages. This article examines the impact of the organizational, administrative, subjective and technological risks at each stage of implementation of the system, and the mechanisms that hinder achievement of goal set by in the automation. The article provides theoretical analysis of the possible consequences of risk events at all stages of implementation and maintenance of electronic document management system. This article describes a theoretical analysis of the possible consequences of risk events at all stages of implementation and maintenance of electronic document management system and the basic principles of risk management to prevent and reduce the possibility of their occurrence. |
