Sammanfattning:The coronavirus pandemic, having affected all spheres of society, has significantly affected the labor market, which has influenced both the employer and the employee. The purpose of the study is to determine the changes in Russian labor market caused by the coronavirus pandemic and to identify the main trends in its further development. Methods of statistical analysis, generalization and comparison helped to explore various aspects of the labor market. The article presents a statistical analysis of trends in Russian labor market in the context of coronavirus infection in 2020 and 2021. It is determined that the restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic influenced the behavior of employers and employees in connection with the transition to a remote form of work, accelerating digitalization of business processes. Emerging trends in Russian labor market will continue to develop, as both workers and employers have successfully adapted flexible forms of employment, which leads to the conclusion about the transformation of modern labor market.
