Summary:Combined anomalies of the urinary system and axial skeleton, including an L-shaped kidney, obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction (CAKUT syndrome, congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract syndrome) and spinal anomalies, are extremely rare.
