Description
Summary:This research aims to explore the Amazigh linguistic heritage by examining what is documented in manuscripts, spoken, and printed in books. The focus is on two samples of this heritage; the first is the Amazigh geographical names or toponyms in Touat region, which have been mentioned in various manuscripts and printed books. Gourara region has been chosen as a case study or a field for comparison especially as we examine the poems or Izelwan of Ahellil ceremony, in the region of Timimoun. This selection is based on the observed connections between documented, spoken, and printed traditions in this region.
