| Summary: | The article presents a review of current data on the morphological features of lobular panniculitis (PN) associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and dermatomyositis (DM). The clinical and morphological characteristics of PN are presented. The prospects for the use of histological and immunohistochemical methods for the differential diagnosis of PN in SLE and DM are discussed. As the analysis of published works has shown, there are no specific immunomorphological markers of PN. Further research is needed to improve the diagnosis of PN. |
