Summary:Clinical electrophysiological and immunological studies of 88 cancer patients showed that in breast cancer and small lung cancer takes place symmetric, distal, sensory-motor, axonal-demyelinating polyneuropathy. Autoimmune nature of the disease confirmed onconeural antigens detected in the serum of more than half of the study participants.
