Transformation of Chaetomium globosum with hygromycin B resistance plasmids pCB1003
Genetic transformation has been achieved by incubating protoplasts from Chaetomium globosum with plasmid PCB1003. The efficiency was 1-2 transformants/μg vector DNA.
