The study aims to identify the main trends and patterns, concerning how constitutions provide for the realization of this right in the current conditions. The approaches to these issues vary in different states. Some country peculiarities may also be seen in the judicial protection of the constitutional right to education as well as in the content of the constitutional right to education.
