King Gong of Chu (), personal name Xiong Shen, was king of the Chu state from 590 BC to 560 BC.King Gong succeeded his father, King Zhuang, who was one of the Five Hegemons of the Spring and Autumn period. In 575 BC, Chu was defeated by its archrival Jin in the Battle of Yanling and Chu's power declined. He ruled for 31 years and was succeeded by his eldest son, King Kang.
