Kate Galloway or Kathrine Scott Galloway AM is an Australian legal scholar, who was recognised as a Member of the Order of Australia in the 2025 King’s Birthday Honours for her contributions to law, education, and the community. Galloway is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, and she has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland as well as of the High Court of Australia.
