Gilles J. Guillemin (born January 1967) is an Australian neuroscientist. He received the Ordre national du Mérite in 2019 in recognition of his work in medical research. He was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia in 2021. In 2023 he left the Macquarie University where he was working since 2012. He left during a research misconduct investigation launched by the university.
